How Did you get interested in Music?

I hear Queen Latifah one day on the radio and immediately fell in love with hip hop.

What kind of music do you enjoy best?   

My favorite performers are KRS1, Patti La Belle, Michael Jackson and Kenny G - just to name a few.  I love them because you can actually feel their passion through their music.

How would you describe your musical style ?

I'd describe it as "Jadakiss intertwined with Lauryn Hill and Toni Braxton"  A flow and voice that will never disappoint!

Please share an interesting story about yourself.

I remember entering the annual Funkmaster Flex Car Show/Talent Showcase one year where he combined artists from up and down the East coast to compete for a single deal with Koch Records - currently known as E1.  We all had to perform in front of about 2,000 people, including some celebrities who had already performed. We were judged on originality, skill, and stage presence.  The other contestants had people with them, but I didn't.  I was by myself, so nobody knew me.  I ended up winning the competition, getting the single deal and getting the opportunity to do a song with Drag-On from the Ruff Ryders.  That feeling was inspirational.  It helped me understand that I must be doing something right.  Even though nobody knew me that day, they soon would if I kept pushing and doing what I was doing.
